I am working with IBM and a very regular customer of flipcart. This is the first time when I faced this type of issue with flipcart. I ordered a new Asus Zenfone 3 (Black, 32 GB) mobile on 15th-Apr-2019 via Flipcart site but I received an old mobile in the box which is wrapped with the flipcart envelope. When I opened this envelope, I found the old product inside and then immediately I raised a return request for this product but still waiting for my money refund and l mailed to flipcart and called to callcenter to return this product and return my money back but not getting responses from flipcart team and with an ingenuine reply they closed my return request. I want to complaint against Flipcart in Grahak Complaints forum and I would request this fourm to kindly look into the matter and do the needful because it’s not a small amount for me.
