In the month of last week of October, defaulted handset has been replaced & it has been delivered without INVOICE & AGAIN THERE IS A HARDWARE PROBLEM . On requesting Many times Flipkart has given approval of Reverse Pick up but after few hours it is cancelling the reverse pick up. Now they have blocked my Flipkart account so that I can`t apply for reverse pick up. Kindly allow refund on this old handset without Invoice. I have sent all the documents to the Flipkart like INVOICE, SCREENSHOTS OF APPROVAL OF REFUND , CHATS ETC.ETC. BUT AGAIN & AGAIN THEY ARE SAYING YOUR FLIPKART ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED , WE CAN`T SEE THE DETAILS. THEY HAVE NIOT GIVEN ANY REASON THAT WHYB THEY CANCELLED THE REFUND REQUEST MANY TIMES & WHY THEY HAVE BLOCKED FLIPKART ACCOUNT WITHOUT GIVING ANY WARNING ??? Plz find attached file as a proof that Flipkart is allowing the reverse pick up but after that they are cancelling the request & not blocked Flipkart account too.
