Hi, My name is Jatin Parikh (registered Mobile no 9892055050 Had ordered for 3 Bharat Lifestyle Austin Fabric Manual Recliner Sofa details as under: Order no Invoice no Invoice Date Material Ordered Date of Order Date of Delivery OD428893888245619100 HR1445 18-08-2023 BHARAT LIFESTYLE AUSTIN FABRIC MANUAL RECLINER BROWN 15-08-2023 21-08-2023 OD428893899243417100 HR1446 18-08-2023 15-08-2023 21-08-2023 OD428893829610091100 HR1453 18-08-2023 15-08-2023 21-08-2023 In reference to above would like to inform as under: 1) I had ordered for 3 Brown colour Sofas which matches with my furniture however received Grey colour. My order, Packaging box and supplier invoice all clearly indicates brown colour but actual colour received is grey and not brown 2) Secondly at the time of booking actual delivery date was 28th August 23 but actual delivery received was on 21-08-23. Not received any message for early delivery or any communication from supplier. suddenly delivery person arrived with Sofas when I was not at home. only our senior citizen parents where at home. I am sure and clear that the said sofa where rejected by some other customer and hence delivered to me. 3) Quality of all 3 sofas are surely not of Rs 25,000/- as shown their actual cost which were available at discount due to Independence Day offer etc. Quality of sofa and material used is very bad and not acceptable. 4) Immediately on date of receipt of delivery i.e on 21-08-23 I had tried to initiate return of the said Sofas. But to my surprise in system delivery of the said sofa was not updated it was still showing as will be delivered on 28th Aug 2023. Due to this I was not able to initiate return process. 5) I had tried to use chat option with customer care on 22-08-23 (you can check history) but issue remain unresolved. So I then took option of calling customer care representative who had also checked in system and confirmed that still delivery done was not updated in system. He said only after delivery details are entered in the system, refund and return request can be generated (Complaint no: IN23082223040037925136). 6) On 23 -08-23, delivery status was updated and I tried to generate request for refund/return. However, was not able to generate the same. So again called customer care centre. Flipkart Customer care representative generated the said request on my behalf. But on Thursday i.e. 24-08-23 the said request was automatically closed without any information or call to me. I again called customer care centre and asked why the request was closed without any actual resolution for which there was no answer. He only requested to again raise the said request for refund/return and assured that it will not be closed this time. Hence I again raised request for refund /request. As per message and as can be seen in my account technician visit was scheduled today i.e 26-08-23 but again the same thing No one has come neither I have received any call. This is not acceptable for such an MNC. 9) Because of all this delay I am not able to place order for another sofa since the said sofas are occupying place secondly I am not able to use the same since I want to return the same. Because of repeated follow ups to be made from my side I am unnecessary getting mental agony and torture. Hence in view of above, I request your urgent and immediate intervention in the above matter. In case of further delay Flipkart will be solely responsible for removing the said sofas from my premises and refund the amount which i have paid for the same. regards Jatin 9892055050
