Dear sir , Goibibo is just doing fraud with their customer because I had cancelled my flight ticket with PNR U9D9QJ and LAUTXR in the starting month of march before Lockdown and there CSE had confirmed me that whole amount will be refunded to you. but still I am waiting for that refund. I had provided them all the details if refund which I get from airlines inspite of that they are not refunding my money back. I had mailed him almost 40 times and tweeted them almost 30 times but didn`t get a single reply from them . Neither their Customer Support team is Active . And I have financial crunch but they didn`t even bother to their customer. I had tweeted to their CEO also but didn`t get any solution from them
