Dear sir/madam,I joined gold gym,dated Jan 26 2019,paying the amount 11500 yearly membership in January & after a month also pay personal training charges 9000 for a month in full amount swiping my HDFC debit card ,personal training not given to me,& personal trainer loose the job,in may month,gym close for 3 days per week,in last week it closed for forever,,,when I met with gym owner,he gave me various reasons ,& promise me to open gym,but months after months,he convinced several times. to open it,but when I irritated I called him 2 days ago & asked him for refund,he told various reasons,I can`t believe him,I went to police station,officer instructed to me to write application,I do same,but no result, So pl help me to refund my money from the owner, of the gym,I have all proofs,his mob no is 8326396969
