Myself Ajit Sharma, purchased 2 products with captioned company in July 2019. ( LG TV & Godrej 170 liter Fridge) where it is assured 1 year warranty on both the products. Both the products received are not at all in functional state and when I am trying to follow-up with company they are only giving me complain numbers from last 30 days. They had no resolution matrix, they disconnects the calls on help line, neither they are sharing any fixed date. I m struggling from last 35 days to manage my meals as I m staying alone here. Since I m not having food at home because the products are stale, I m suffering from viral and food poisoning as I had no option other than to eat rotten food in fridge. Please take a serious actions against this fraud agency, seeking further to my refund and compensation for said concern. Complain numbers are :: 46795, 46457,46456.
