The local service provider is doing harassment in the following methods : 1. The channels are unsubscribed as and when he wants. 2. Do not attention to complains. No complain register maintained. 3. Whenever it is requested to Give complain no. the owner Dilip Shetye gives arrogant replies n at the same time blames TRAI . 4. Rs 200.00 (two hundred) is charged for local channels, but no local channels are available. That to he blames TRAI. 5. After accepting payment for a month ,more than two weeks period the disgusting service is not available only. In this way the local service provider Mr. Dilip Shetye , Dhon wado ,Saligao Bardez Goa. Is continuously harassing me since she the TRAI is started. Please initiate immediate action and cancel his dealership and appointe a more efficient person as soon as possible.
Please act as fast as possible. Mr. Dilip Shetye is not fit for this business n only interest is collect monthly payment. The service provided is worst them horrible.
