Myself basant Kumar booked a bus ticket for Jaipur to Delhi on 25th June 2019,bus unavailable operators offering 3 hours later another bus but due to my flight from Delhi to Bhubaneswar at 5:45am next morning I have taken cab to reach Delhi bcs bus not start 11pm also n driver said he ll reached Delhi at 6am morning.So pl look in to the situation and make them processed the refund. While calling misbehaves with us..
