Reg:- Compliant dt 11.12.2017 lodged with HDFC Bank New Panvel Branch. With reference to above, I wish to inform you that, I have lodged complaint pertaining to transition occurred by me on 09.12.2017 through debit card payment which was used at cyber cafe, known as "Royal gaming zone" sector -13 which is located at New Panvel. Detail of transactons are given as follows.First transition was made for payment of registration fee of Rs.10/-at www.Times jobpro.com which is related to job recruitment , but this transition did not succeeded massage comes as "Transaction declined", once more tried the same but the same message shown on screen as transaction declined. Further almost within 10 seconds I received six massages which were related to debit transitions occurred in my SB A/C NO-03221140020171, which is with HDFC bank Goregaon Branch Mumbai- 400 104. Immediately I verify and confirmed these debit transitions by generating statement of the same account on the next p.c in same cyber
