I had discussion with hdfc bank agent(laxmi priya) on phone regarding a loan of 1lakh in the month of march, i clearly told them to make its EMI period for 1year.But the amount credited is 88 thousand, in the month of june, they deducted 3 month EMI from my loan amount without my concern. Now they converted it to 4 year EMI period. After several calls and mails there is no response from bank side. Please help me sir, i am in a very bad phase of my life.
