HDFC - Misguidance regarding credit card charging extra money

Information about credit card was not provided we sended a request for EMI then to charging penalties every month after confirming EMI also every month they are deducting around 2000. every month had sent a email there is no revert back from the company and after visiting bank bankers are saying we can`t help you in this
