I had ordered two lifebouy sanitizer with n95 mask and paid Rs 1200.00 on 11/04/2020 through website besafekit.in vide order no. 4267. The company promised the delivery within 10-15 days and provided me a tracking number of rocket shipment to track the consignment. After a long wait on 09/05/2020 as the shipment company displayed on their website that my area is not serviceable, I have lodged a claim for refund. The company on 12/05/2020 approved my refund claim and promised that my money will be refunded within next 15 days. I have neither received any refund yet nor any response from the company for several mails which I have send to the company regarding the refund. Although on website the order status is showing that the Rs 1200.00 has been refunded. Kindly help. Thank you.
