On 7rh aprill my wife and her friends called their frnd for booking in hotel in siliguri and mentioned it that after long tour we have low budget so plz find a budget hotel for us.they are in car from gantok and we are coming from gantok by our bike.they reached hotel conclave at Siliguri and hotel staff says they arranged room for rs-600.and by phone my wife booked dinner for all,normal rice and veg meal.after reaching hotel the hotel staff shows her the room bt room is verry cozy and dirty,so they decided to not stay there and trying to leave bt hotel staff told them to pay the dinner bill rs-3500 rs.My question is rs-600/ room(2400 for 4 room) and food bill is 3500for 9person.they provide us drivers room and giving meal of main hotel food and hotel manager was giving pressure to 3 lady to not to leave without payment at night 10:30pm and they blocked their car and missbehave with them.after we reach the hotel we saw all hotel staff woth lots of anger blocked 3lady with their driver in front of hotel.it is the actual rule of bahaving of this hotel?are thia hotel have any goodwill with there customer?are our female family member safe in that place?is this the actual behavior of the renouned hotel the conclave?after all of this they told me that meal is ready so u have to take it and pay for it so if there dinner bill is 3500 rs so why they trying to giving us all the meal in rs2000?we just paid the 2000 rs and living from there without taking the food.they not giving us any bill for the same.I am verry much affraid about your hotel staff that they may be do worse(like physical assault,rape) then our case in future.Ill tell consumer forum and local administration to check your hotel staff behavior from your cctv and do the neceasery step for the same.someone called Subir Sarkar who may be leader of this story.
