I had ordered combo of 4 gowns worth Rs.1450 , but received a mid length cheap quality kurtis not even worth Rs.100. Initially i tried to cancel this order after knowing its return policy, but when i raised a request to do so I got a call from their customer care stating that for return the courier would be picked up from my place on their behalf itself .So i went ahead with the order.But after looking at the product i received, when i placed the return , they said i have to courier the package to them and Rs 150 would be deducted for "order processing charges" . and rest of the amount will be credited to House of lehenga wallet only. When requested them to answer regarding these they just went ahead to say this is the only way return can happen. they are cheating in such a way that once they order from their website for every order they are sending different clothe than the one we ordered and once requested they deduct Rs 150 for each order.Please help me getting back my Rs 1450 from them as i dont want to purchase any other thing from them .I have attached the photos of what i had ordered and what i got .
