I have gone through grahak complaints against this fraud HOL site and understood why there is not proper response for returning wrong product delivered. These people are the fraudsters fooling innocent people. They are playing game by delivering cheap and wrong products intentionally to grab our hard earned money. I ordered the product for rs1090/- order no. HL156216639473, they delivered wrong and cheap product. After lot of correspondence Somehow i returned the product and they didn`t refund my money but instead they added rs 915 as reward in MY WALLET. I wanted to utilise this amount so once more I ordered the same product order no. HL156420582045, again they sent me wrong and cheap product for which paid extra amount of rs150/-.( after deduction from my wallet).
