I am writing to register a complaint about the wrong product I received again from houseoflehengas . I am Avani (Kimi) Jain. First, I had Ordered Lehengas - ORDER NUMBER:HL155865487550 (Ordered on 23rd May and received on 3rd June COST RS. 1540) The product received is completely different from the Lehengas ordered (attached). They asked me to send that product at Address - 110, kuberji textile park - 2, near Belgium Square, Delhi Gate, Surat. Pincode- 395002. I have sent it through Courier with charge of Rs. 190 plus as per their policy they will deduct Rs.150 for it. And credited remaining amount in my account. Second, I had Ordered another Lehengas to use my wallet amount- Order Number: HL156283637516 (Ordered on 11th July`19 and received on 15th Juily`19 COST Rs. 1680) Again they have delivered wrong product to me and completely different from the Lehengas I ordered. It is of very inferior quality. It is really a big fraud with me and all. Neither they are picking call nor reverting on my emails. They should be punished for cheating and have to return my full amount. Now, I don`t want to purchase any other thing from HOL fraud peoples. Please refund my whole amount as mentioned in attachment. They are not picking up my call and finally they have blocked me how can i get my money back they are not bothering about anything kindly help me. They are doing fraud with everyone. Now they have also blocked my account from their website. Please Help !!
