I have ordered a sky blue colour lehenga and paid Cash on delivery .But when I opened the parcel it was a completely different lehenga of some cheap qualiry n different colour .I immediately tried to login to my account to process the return but couldn`t access it .I emailed the company n they said they would refund me .But till date I didn`t get my amount .I tried chasing the person but he blocked my number Then I checked on Google there are so many complaints of fraud against this House of lehenga s iam sure non of them.have got their money back .I kindly request Grahak complaint site to look into this matter immediately as so many consumers are suffering because of this site .They are frauds and cheating people inspite of so many grahak complaints lodged here no action has been taken against them.
