house of lehengas - Received a different item fro house of lehenga team

Received a different item I returned it back by self courier for that I lost 290 as courier charges. Now they also charged me a amount of 150 as nominal charges. Fraud company misusing online benefit .When I called them I got a very bad response.They are cheating every customer.Please solve my problem
