house of lehengas - Wrong product delivered, no response from vendor even after multiple Chase ups

I have ordered lehenga from House of lehenga.com in the may end and payed 1800 via online.. I have received the parcel by Jun 5 which is completely different from the one which I`ve ordered... Cheap quality.. I tried contacting them via mail and Messanger for the refund/ exchange.. no reply yet.. please help me in getting my money back..Order no- HL155921287574 .
