I have applied for an online data entry job to which I got an offer call from I NETWORK captcha filling company from a lady named Salina Mishra (ph:9714110150) asking me to register and they had no registration fee at the beginning. They registered my information gor which I had to submit images of my Voter Id card, a passport size photo and my signature. Another lady named preethi called me saying it was a verification call. I received the email having theri terms and conditions They asked me if I agree to the terms and conditions that If I complete typing 10,000 captchas within 10 days with 90% accuracy which means not more than 1000 incorrect captcha then they would pay me but would deduct the registration fee from the payment. If i fail to achieve required accuracy or fail to submit the work I will have to pay 5000 in return, and I had to only say yes. When I tried to query more if it`s genuine or fraud then the lady preethi talked in a rude tone saying if it`s fraud then why did you apply and all. Later Salina Mishra asked me to install their app (Mac2cap) and I was tp begin my session after 6 :00 pm on 11 May 2019. I began the work and when I completed 135 captcha the count in their typing app returned to 1. I tried again and the same happened. Moreover there was no clarity between the capital letter L and small letter i. Working with the app was really tough and strainful. Inspite of discrepancies I continued to work when I fell ill owing to fasting as this is the month of Ramzan. As I couldn`t work I sent an email to the contactmail ID of the company requesting to consider my health condition and extend the deadline. But I never got a response to my mail from the company. Nonetheless I tried but couldn`t complete due to my health and technical issues of the app within 10 days. And after 10 days, I started receiving calls, Sms and emails from "Advocate Associates" specifically from a person Rajesh Trivedi (Ph :9766540793) who called himself an advocate demanding me to pay Rs. 5000 penalty amount for breaking their terms & conditions.They terminated my login Id for work in their app. When I didn`t react to those I received an email from them saying a case has been registered against me under 420 section etc etc sending me the pdfs of legal notices demanding me to pay. I`ve received many messages from Rajesh Trivedi asking me to pay the amount. Just today I received another email which says I have breached the contract trust and that I`m liable for legal action. But they can resolve it if I pay the penalty of Rs. 5000 - Registration charge +3000 - legal notice charge within 4 days from the time of receiving of this email. Please consider my complaint and help me resolve it as soon as possible. I`m a student and agreed to work for it to earn money but this resulted in the company threatening to take legal actions against me. Please do help me resolve this issue. Thank You
