31-july-2020 my broadband connection applied by timbl.my customer id is 2042119 and registered mobile no. Is 8448805135.from that date i am facing connection not working problem and slow speed every day. I registered many complaints regarding this but timbl customer support didn`t help me. At the end i was complaint for connection closure on 9-Aug-2020. Still my connection is not closed by timbl and i already pay 3 months advance for this connection and they are refuse to give my money back. I want that my connection will be closed and i want my money advance money back. Please close my connection.
