Dear sir/madam, My policy no-0294140725 in bajajallianz. i done my payment 26Jan 2019 & 1Feb 2019. But acknowledgement page create some problem that time.My amount is deduct in my credit card account. I have no update in my policy annual premium deposit or not deposit. My statement screen shot and massage both are uploaded in bajajallianz and icici bank. Bajajallianz told we not receive payment in my gate and icici told me our end payment done successfully. Please solved my problem. I done my payment 2 Feb 2019 that time receive my receipt. I receive one receipt my 26 Jan 2018 payment this confirmation 16 march 2019 mail by icici bank. I complaint agin to bajajallianz he told me this payment not receive. This is my premium amount (rs-13191). This time not respond both. Please solved my problem. thank you.
