Vodafone Idea Limited (formerly Idea Cellular Limited) have wrongly registered my email address as the address for the account of one of their customers and have also passed my email address to other parties. As a result I keep receiving the account statements of this customer and marketing emails from Idea`s commercial partners on my email address. I have repeatedly demanded of them to remove my email address from their records, but they refuse to do so, stating that they are unable to contact their customer to confirm the correct address. They continue to use my email address without my permission, despite me not having anything to do with them and not even being based in India.
