I had recharged my idea Phone number which is 9850699063 this month with 2 GB data plan.but the data service is not working properly and I have submitted complaint on call and chat services more than 20 times but they give silly reasons and ask you to try after 2 hours then 4 hours then 24 hours then 72 hours now they have asked me try after 4 days ,I had to recharge on other numbers to watch the cricket world cup last week.i am an anxiety patient and this poor service has caused me lot of headaches and mental problems.i want refund and compensation
