I, sashi raj having a insurance policy from the company iffco tokio no. 95197772, had got my bike stolen from Ranchi jharkhand on 06-07-2016.after all the queries and formalities got over,i got a letter stating that i couldn`t be given the compensation which as stated is rs 72,783/- because i am aged 17 years 6 months and 27 days on the day of complaint being lodged. Now the question arises why should not i be given the compensation.If thier is a problem of being minor i should had been informed about it during the time of doing the policy and the system and staff of the company should have rejected the policy. I being a middle class boy have been bullied. Please help me with this. That bike was my father`s gift for scoring good marks in 10th standard.
