PNR : VQJ57R - Del-Chen-Del My contact information: ramsai 9811202358 Airlines automatically canceled the ticket and placed my money in credit shell. I have been requesting them for refund but there is no positive response from them. Reply from airlines here under : Dear Customer, Your Travel is safe with us! Greetings from IndiGo. With reference to your email, we would like to clarify that as per the recent DGCA circular number- AV-29011/27/2020-DT, passengers may claim a full refund for the reservation booked between 25th March 2020 to 14th April 2020 to travel between 25th March 2020 to 3rd May 2020. We have checked your PNR and we understand that your reservation was booked on 5th March 2020. We have protected the ticket amount of INR. 31777 in the form of a credit shell, which can be utilized for the same customer (s) within a year from the date of creation. We would not be in a position to process refunds in PNR- VQJ57R. We have to respectfully decline your request for any other refund in this regard. Stay Safe!
