INFINITIVE LIFE TRIP PVT LTD - FAKE TOUR PACKAGE

Myself Chandan Manna taken a tour package by force through Reliance Capital Executive for Loan payment . I ma not got any loan or any tour . I have given more times mail to them and they also replied me and confirmation for refund but they did not do the refund . plz see the maill communication .. Dear Chandan Manna, We have received your request regarding cancellation and refund of membership fee on dated12-Jan-2015 which has been paid by you at the time of becoming member of the company. In this respect we would like to confirm you that your request for refund of membership fee is within 15 days of time as per company policies. Therefore we are pleased to inform you that the company has considered your request and is refunding your membership fee after on deduction of some miscellaneous taxes and expenses, which company bears on its cost at the time of processing the customer request after on signing the Application Form of membership. Details of deduction of miscellaneous Taxes & Expenses are as under:- (a As per Amount Given for Membership: 12999 Miscellaneous Charges: 2606 Rest of Amount after Deduction: 10392 It is requested to you kindly give your acknowledgment and acceptance on signing to this letter and revert the same via.
