Hello Sir, I have booked ticket in IRCTC journey date on September 19, 2019. Then I cancelled this ticket. Below are the details. 1. Jaipur to Rajkot journey date - 19.09.2019 2. PNR No. - 2400242989 3. Cancelled date - 04.09.2019 4. Refund amount- 2930 IRCTC has cancelled my ticket but the refund of this amount has not credited in my account even after 1 month. While calling, they said they have refunded, but I do not get in my account. I have also confirmed from my Bank. They said they do not get refund from IRCTC. I, kindly request you to refund my Rs. 2930 from IRCTC.
