Jabong.com - Delivery of the wrong product

I have ordered a product(kurta set) online from Jabong and Wrong product has been delivered to me on 24th oct 2018 .Product which has been delivered to me is totally different from the one for which I have placed an order online from jabong. I have reported for this issue to jabong customer care and registered complaint with them. Everyday I am following up with jabong team to know the status about my complaint since 24th oct and I have not received any proper resolution from them. I dropped an email to jabong chief manager and spoke to senior customer care manager and they asked me to give them three days to find the solution. But still ,they didn`t approach me after three days also. Everytime,they informed me that they have escalated this issue to their senior department. But I haven`t get any resolution for it and I have lost my product as correct product(Order ID: 109174894668863610103) has not been delivered to me on time and now my product(Order ID: 109174894668863610103) is out of stock and it happens due to delivery of wrong product from jabong team. It has been six days since i have raised the complaint and after six days , today jabong team asked me to share the product details for the wrong product(bar code and images) . I got frustrated with jabong team as they are not handling my issue properly and not giving priority to their customers.
