Hello my name is Ramdas I brought a asus zenfone max 1 pro from flipkart and I also brought complete mobile protection plan for a year from jeeves complete mobile protection recently my got damage by mistake and I registered my claim for mobile screen damage they told me I have to pay 1 time processing fee Rs 500 and I paid that amount on 9th jun they told me your device will be pick up by bluedart courier withing 3 days and we repair your device and it will be delivered to you within 10 days after 3 days no call from courier then I I called the jeeves customer care they told me wait for 2 days but no response I am waiting from 11 days please help me This is policy number:JPPOFFK1809081 My registered mobile number:9326305848
