Hi, I have bought one Jio Fiber connection through Ravi (8595941649). It is linked to my mobile phone number : 9711959862. It is installed but i am not getting all the features which were promised to me by Ravi. This is very irritating and i want to remove the Jio Fiber connection . Please take all the accessories , deactivate my whole connection and issue me with full refund of the same. Regards Sushant Goel
