My family used to order groceries from JioMart. We placed an order on JioMart on 12th June 2020. I went for an online payment mode which was partly successful and partly a failed transaction. The payment got seamlessly debited from my account but the order was not placed. Scratching my head I wondered why did this happen. I had to again place the same order by selecting COD but even after this, there was no communication from JioMart whatsoever. I called upon the helpline no. but max they could do is promise me on a call back from their team and a refund within a week`s time. Its almost a month but till date, I haven`t received any communication on my email neither a callback. The amount that got debited from my account was 1321.82 for nothing and I didn`t receive any refund yet. I have called them end number of times and asked them to write back to me by assuring that I will receive the refund amount within a stipulated time frame, but they always made fake promises. The last call was made on 26th July and they said that I will receive the refund amount within 48 hours but I haven`t received a penny yet. I am tired following up with them and I deserve compensation of at least 200 times what got debited from my account and what I deserve. Because I gave them my 100% with all the information I could.
