We have booked Nainital tour for 8 days/7 nights from 7 April 2020 to 14 April 2020 from Kesari travels and paid full amount including GST Rs 81969/- in Dec 2019. Flight booked on behalf of travel by go air. But due to corona pademic tour cancelled. Now Kesari travels & goair are not refunding full amount. Kesari travel give 2 options: 1 refunding amount with deducting cancellation chgs which may be 10 to 30 % 2. Reschedule date of tour within 1 year from date of actual tour booked with extra chgs. Both options we are in loss. Same way go air not refunding the amount. They have given credit note to travel within 1 year. But due to corona the situation is not good to travel. So, please help us to get our cost refund. Thanks
