The person name is molvi raj khan. He has said that he will give me the services as per the protocol. Firstly, he has taken 3000₹ from me and after next day he has taken ₹10500 and then he said that it will cost 6500₹ for completing the work and it’s final. After that he has blocked my number and not responding me. I hope i can get help from here.
