I conducted a four wheeler loan of Mahindra KUV K4PLUS from Mahindra Showroom of dealer Balaji Auto Works Pvt Ltd in the year 2017 30th June and the loan disbursed in July 2017 of 530000/- approximately by Mahindra Finance Limited by Sales Manager in the name of Vikash Kumar Sahani and the car was delivered on 30th June.I was promised a incentive amount 1% of loan amount which stands as 5300/- approximately by the Manager of Mahindra Finance but i did not receive any incentive amount till date as promised by the Manager and when asked he said you will not get first time and next time you give a file you will receive the incentive amount.So i kindly request you to take strict action against the finance company and the person responsible for this and please help me in getting my incentive amount as soon as possible.Regards Rana Mukherjee
