I deposited 10 lacs in Xtra with mobikwik platform with reg. No.7569124853 but after the duration of the investment too...they are not letting me withdraw my money on time and delaying unwantedly from 2 months...asking again and again unnecessary details ...just doing Timepass and using my hard earned money. There nodal officers and grievance team is waste and giving no heed for multiple requests too... As a upper authority you should take strict action against them for mental agony and pain caused me for smaller issues. My friends have not faced any issues regarding withdrawals but there causing problems to me only. Niharika Agarwal
