On 5th of October I did the payment through mobikwik payment gateway and the transaction was failed due to some issue but the money got deducted from my bank account. On 6th of October 2018 I receiveda mail stating that the refund has been initiated but till date i dint received my refund. Please let me knoe when will I be receiving my money. My transaction ID is KB180927LPTWX_TXm1m.
