I have recharged my jio mobile number with rs.399 through this app. But even after money deducted from my account my recharge is not successful or I haven`t got any message regarding that. Even i have tried to contact the customer service of mobikwik but all the numbers provided on the websites are fake.I have also tried to contact them through emails but then also I haven`t got their reply. It`s too pathetic as i am very much irritated now as my whole work is pending. So I request you to consider my case and do proper justice as early as possible.
