Seeing the Ad in Facebook, I booked a JBL BOOMBOX PORTABLE BLUETOOTH SPEAKER on 17-05-2020 for Rs. 999.00. First and foremost there is no contact number to call in the Facebook page, nor any response from the company either thru phone call, SMS (Text Message) or E-mail. After waiting for 18 solid days I sent a mail to the above help@moblystore.in on 04-06-2020, canceling the order and asking for the refund, no response for this either. I had made a compliant even in Grahak Suraksha Sewa, it’s of no use, So I’m forced to lodge this complaint, and also the very purpose for this complaint is to bring awareness among the mass about these kind of fraudulent companies whose core intention is to cheat common people who are caught up in the web of online shopping spree. I have taken screenshots of the entire transaction for future requirement and I’ve uploaded the same for your kind reference. I request you to deel with the company and see that these rascals are punished for their cheating and not repeat such a thing to others, I don’t want these rascals to runaway with their mistakes, it’s not Rs. 999/- but the very ethnics, Thank you.
