I have received a completely defective product. I had ordered a submersible pump. Order details are as follows : Prakash 1HP 10 Stage Oil Filled Submersible Pump Qty :1 Price : ₹ 3500 Order Id : 2563230 The product was delivered in dead condition. The item is completely defective. One of the motor winding is open. See pictures attached. Also there is a small dent in the motor casing. I want to return the product immediately. But company is not responding. This seems to be a fraud operation.
