Money view - Collected documents including auto debit and not responding

They collected all of my documents including (nach) signed auto debit and agreement e-signed everything (loan id 134903915898)done but money not transferred to my account. I not able to contact them. They not even cancel or reject my application. Now I am worrying about my documents. What if they misused that????????......( If u r not giving loan cancel everything, I need proof) If you are not respond to this mail I go for police complaint and complaint to RBI and also make post on all social media including YouTube..
