I have taken a loan of 150000/- and 05 sep 2022 is due date . and i have paid to 04/09/2022 by myself. And bank also deducted again it. i have tried many time to contact your customer executive number and By Mail id. But your IVR system not transferred my call to your executive. and i have not received any respond of my mail. So sir please solve my query as soon as possible. It`s been a more than 10 days since I have done duplicate payment using paynow Razorpay option on the money view app.. still I haven`t received my refund.
