HI, I have taken a paid service at Monsterindia on the 30th of October 2018. Sangeetha Balla was the concerned lady, through whom I have opted for the service. During the communication I was assured that from team Monsterindia end, I will receive all sort of help through out the entire paid service tenure meeting Monsterindia company policy. Since I am out of contract & presently looking forward to join an organisation asap, I have requested for a modification in the default resume at the custom Job agent section being created from Monsterindia side as I am not able to modify it myself. In this regard I have been regularly calling up Monsterindia from the 31st of October & the concerned customer care personnel has kept on assuring me that some professional from your team will be contacting me with in few minutes/hours. On the 26th of November I was also given a reference no - 75709938, again with an assurance that I will surely receive a call from your end within 10 minutes. On the 27th of November a case number - 18998117 was provided to me against my email complaint with guaranteed service assurance with in 24 hours. But I am sorry to say that from the 31st of October till the 29th of October, almost in a span of 1 month, no body has called me even after repeated assurance. My request of modification is still pending. Such pathetic service is absolutely unaccepted from team Monsterindia end. Since its a paid service, I have also given them an option resolving this matter on urgent basis calling me up and get the modification made as per my requirement/instruction & the paid service to begin or to be calculated from the date of modification. Even after all this since there is no communication or action being taken by team Monsterindia, hence I will request you to do the needful by refunding me my amount of Rs. 1770/- at the payment source.
