This is with regards to an order for Cleaning and Sterilizing my sneakers . My order was placed at 31st of May for your Bangalore store which was a Friday and I got in touch with one of your executives who assured my that itll be done and delivered by Tuesday which seems reasonable to me. Till today I havent received the shoes and I get vague responses everytime...no one responds to phone calls or WhatsApp messages and I really dont have the time to rush down for this beacuse I work 5 days a week and this is not the service I opted for. So I`ve been robbed of 500 bucks for a service which couldn`t get done. I`m not sure how this works..but I`m pretty sure that "Cleaning and Sterilizing" doesnt take 2 weeks. My sneakers are vaulable to me and I`m concerned here. It`s really unprofessional...and probably the worst service i`ve ever had
