I have ordered a portable cooler from naaptol... Before ordering I had enquired with the person on phone about the details of replacement and refund... They said it is refundable... Once i got the product it is totally damaged and it was looking like a scrap and which works ocasionally... Same day I called them and registered a complaint... They are telling that I have to get replaced... And they are not sure about the quality of the product because its sent from some where else... When I asked for refund then they are mentioning its available in the form of voucher where I have to buy another product in that also they cannot assure the quality... If this was the case why didn`t they tell me about refund through voucher when I called them before ordering...
