I bought 80cm LED Smart TV from Nacson Company on 23/05/2018 from Filipkart. My oder ID - OD212382673238936000 AND INVOICE NO. – FA BIIK1900000050. I was given a warranty of 3 years while buying it and I was told that the bill will get its warranty. Last month, I had complaint Nacson customer care that the colors of my LED TV are not coming. He asked me for a TV video and bill which I gave on 22/07/2020 and said that we will get it done soon. Then after days, he asked for a warranty card from me, and I gave him a bill of filpkart. After this, the customer care of Nacson tell me that its warranty for one year and demand repair charges Rs. 9000 / - After this I talked on Flipkart Customer Care, I am not giving warranty for 3 years of Nacson, they are giving me 1 year warranty. Flipkart customer care person checked on their portal and told that LED TV has a 3 year warranty and Nacson ones are doing it wrong. They told me that we will repair your LED TV on 31/07/2020. When I called 2 and 3 times, they said that we are engaged in your work. But even today, neither has come to repair from Flipkart and Nacson. Please solve my problem or tell me some legal way to learn these online fraudulent lessons. Because such companies are robbing customers by assembling China items. This gives the customer a warranty, false inducement of offer and does not provide any kind of service later. My request to you is that strict action should be taken against the online selling of china goods. So that it cannot give false temptation of warranty, discount etc to any customer.
