Nagarpanchayat seloo doing a dumping plant not in right way.because the river and water supply near from dumping plant.it affecting a human life. And the imp fact is in pollution control board n.o.c is clearly mentioned that the landfill site shall not be permitted within flood plains as recorded for the last 100 years.but 10 years ago flood water was running in largest amount in this area.so this dumping plant is really a illegal.
