Panasonic - 5 Service Visits for Panasonic AC and problems still persist and new problems occur everyday. Complany now denying replacement

I bought a Panasonic Window AC 1.5 Tonnes, 5 Star in March 2017 from Tata Croma Retail outlet in Sector-13 Dwarka, New Delhi. Ever since my experience has been extremely painful. 1) On March 5, 2019, I got my AC serviced through Panasonic. Charges paid INR 177/- 2) Mid April I registered a complaint that my AC is not cooling. The Service Engineer told that there is gas leakage. I had a long debate with service center regarding this and finally got the gas filled. Charges paid-INR 2200/- 3) On July 3rd I registered a complaint again that my AC is not cooling. It took more than 48 hours instead of normal turn around time of 24hrs for service engineer to be assigned to my case. This time again the service engineer said there is gas leakage. Finally I was told that I would have to replace the coil for which warranty period is over and warranty is valid only on compressor for 10 yrs. Again I paid INR 7000/- for the repair. 4) On July 17th my AC started leaking water from below the front panel. I called up Service Center Directly as I was told that I have 3 months service warranty. The engineer came and fixed the problem. 5) On July 20th, again AC is leaking water from below the front panel. This time it is worse. Leaking from all over. Finally I registered a complaint again with Panasonic Helpline and I was suggested to get in touch with the service center and initiate a replacement of my product as there are very frequent problems in the product and product may be faulty. 6) I called up service center and they refused to initiate the replacement as the AC is not under warranty anymore. 7) Finally after getting frustrated I registered a complaint in consumer forum https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ docket number:1460825 Today during the 5th visit of Panasonic engineers in just 4 months and 3rd visit in just 16 days, the team has new findings, 1) First they tell me that there is water clogging maybe due to pigeon problem. They were surprised to see when I finally told them that there are bird spikes already installed. Pic attached. 2) Now they found a fault in installation and are saying that the angle at which the AC is installed is incorrect. Again I did not fit the AC in the window 2 years back. It was Panasonic team who did it. 3) Why everyone who visits finds fault in the guys who have worked on this AC before them. 4) When I asked why the new coil which has been replaced just 15 days back is not connected properly, I am told that this is how it is. Even the holes for screws in the AC unit and the coil are not aligned because maybe the coil is not standard Panasonic product. Please see pictures for your ready reference. Does anyone at Panasonic know what they are doing? Why no body is saying anything? Why am I paying for the only fault on my part which was to buy this product? I trusted the wrong brand. And now I am the only one who is suffering. In one night there is nearly 7 liters of water which I had to collect in a bucket. Is this how your product is supposed to work?
