I bought Semi automatic Panasonic Washing machine (14 KG) in the month of February 2019 worth RS 15300 from Rai Enterprises Jalandhar Punjab. But after 15 days of the purchase I faced the problem in it`s spin tub. After my complaint a person from the service center approached me and explain the problem faced by me . But no step was taken to resolve this problem till today`s date. Now the till date ( 25-5- 2019) I am facing the same problem in it`s spin tub . Kindly do the needful to resolve my problem.
