PAYTM - need refund of rs 3031 paid against some shopping gifts

Hi,I got a call from 7235945814 for a gift from paytm asking me to pay an amount of 3031 and they were supposed to deliver a laptop against it.I had paid the amount on their website and again they said you additionally need to pay 7200, i said i need the money back.They agreed to pay the money back into my paytm account but till date it has never got credited.Kindly help me get my money back from this fraudBelow is the email id through which we chat:payonlineshoppingmall@gmail.comRegards,
